Pastificio Sposato was born on 30 March 2019 in Cocozzello a small fraction of the Municipality of Bisignano from an idea by Andrea Sposato.
This small artisan workshop with adjoining store was born with the idea of bringing the flavor of fresh pasta to the table as it was once done.
We have a small daily production to best guarantee a high quality product to the final consumer.
The ingredients we use to make our pasta from ground-raised eggs to 100% Italian durum wheat semolina are all carefully chosen to always guarantee a fresh and quality product.
The pastas we make are:
- Ravioli: based on meat, vegetables, cheeses and fish
- Long and short pasta with bronze drawing, to ensure the roughness of the product, and ensure that it blends well with the dressing
- Regional formats
- Dry pasta
The processing of our pasta takes place through simple but fundamental steps:
- Bronze drawing
- Pasteurization
- Drying
- ATM packaging
- And finally the sterilization to guarantee the safety of the final product.
In addition, we also offer frozen food for catering.
