The olive groves of the Scura company, located between the Ionian sea and the Sila plateau, on the hills of Vaccarizzo Albanese, ancient Arbėreshė center of Calabria, alongside traditional cultivars such as La dolce di Rossano also present new cultivars such as nocellara del Belice, oil mill and leccino that make up an articulated varietal park.
Our oil, cold extracted from olives pressed a few hours after harvest, combines the careful attention to the organoleptic qualities, a pleasant and complex taste that can satisfy every palate.
