"The" Grani Antichi "bakery in Stalettì was born from the pleasure of bringing to the table the flavors of the past, made of authenticity and tradition. At the base of these ideals are the Senatore Cappelli durum wheat, an ancient wheat that has been kept pure in the years, and the mother yeast handed down from generation to generation.
The bakery offers a wide range of baked goods, from stone ground Cappelli wheat bread to aniseed taralli typical of the Ionian coast.
There is no shortage of delicacies such as "Pitta di potatoes", bread with olives, five cereals, pizzas, brioches, high quality shortbreads and typical sweets according to the seasons and holidays.
