After the aperitif, in fact, we offer our customers an appetizer full of typical Bisignano dishes, such as yellow skis, peppers soaked with anchovies, cheeses and artisan cured meats and our main dish, cod alla trappitara. So let's move on to the first courses, here too we give the customer the opportunity to choose between different proposals: fusilli alla boscaiola, lagana and chickpeas, lagana and beans and baked lasagna. The second courses that we present to our guests, always dictated by the tradition of our land, are stuffed aubergines, meatballs with sauce, cod in broth, grilled and cut of meat. So we come to the desserts, purely typical and carefully prepared by the expert hands of our brigade: bucchinotti, turdilli and mpigliulate (available during the Christmas period), chatter (available at Carnival), pastiere and typical Easter sweets (available during the Easter period).
