The product range is not intended only as an assortment of formats (from the most common to the most original), but also as a selection of healthy and genuine ingredients strictly of Calabrian origin. Alongside the traditional taralli we are able to offer a series of "special" healthy and light products, special and exclusive productions in full compliance with the authentic Calabrian recipe.
To preserve the very high quality of our doughs, thus guaranteeing highly digestible and healthy foods, keeping intact the genuine authenticity of flavors: Our products do not contain artificial flavors and colors, we do not use palm oil, powdered eggs, hydrogenated fats, gums food or ingredients containing GMOs
We knead and pack by hand to maintain the fragrance of freshly baked products that smell of home. We bring to your tables memories of busy hands, ancient granaries and sunny fields enclosed in small golden jewels. We give you glimpses of the land of Calabria in full respect of the classic method handed down from father to son, underlined by the added value of the craftsmanship of excellent and strictly natural raw materials. Meticulous attention in the production phase is the pillar around which our production revolves. It is our constant commitment to offer products of impeccable quality, formulated following production processes in line with the highest safety standards and compliant with quality management systems and the HACCP methodology. All of our products, in fact, make use of careful and scrupulous controls in compliance with the standards set by the European Union, aimed at guaranteeing bakery products of the highest quality.
Our products are enriched with flavors, aromas and natural aromas from our land: fennel seeds and aniseed are mixed with flour and extra virgin olive oil to give life to products with a traditional taste such as scaldatelle or taralli al fennel. The wild oregano that grows spontaneously under the sun of our region enriches these crumbly sticks that are also ideal as a fasting breaker. Sunflower seeds, linseeds, sesame, barley, rye and oats accentuate the goodness of the cereal taralli selected for a product processed according to tradition. Filled with fresh seasonal fruit jam such as delicious cherries that enhance the taste of the soft shortcrust pastry carefully formed and baked for the realization of the very sweet bocconotti, another product of the Calabrian tradition.
