My pastry has very recent origins, but the passion for this world fascinated me from an early age. But you know, sometimes dreams need time to become reality! The necessities of life, unfortunately, have led me on a different path from the one I felt like mine. In fact, in 2010, I moved to Milan. Meanwhile, that dream of mine was always there, closed in a drawer that I hoped to be able to open as soon as possible. Back home in Cariati for the Christmas holidays and in front of the fireplace at home in the company of my parents, we made the decision to open, here on the spot, an unconventional pastry shop, I wanted to include gluten-free in my passion for modern pastry "at least down in my part it would have been ”. Perhaps, what until then I had always and only conceived as a dream, had a chance of being able to become reality! Back in Milan, I immediately worked hard to find an academy where I could deepen and perfect my knowledge. I quit my job in the company and attended the Italian Chef Academy for three months. At the end of the theoretical-practical lessons, I joined one of the greatest contemporary Italian pastry chefs, Alessandro Servida, as an intern, thanks to whom I learned and treasured the techniques and teachers of one of the greatest Italian pastry shops. After the internship, in July 2019, I moved to Cariati and, shortly thereafter, the works for the construction of my pastry shop began. On July 4th 2020, I opened my business: that child's dream has become a splendid reality.
