The source restaurant opened in March 1987 from a dream of a couple who had the desire to set up a business near their home to be able to immediately offer their children work. The first owner of the business was Cavaliere Palmina who, together with her husband, managed the restaurant which has always boasted the presence of numerous customers from different places.
Over the years, the children also started working in the family business and later their wives too. Today, in fact, the management of the restaurant is in partnership made up of Cavaliere Palmina with Franco and Antonio Iantorno.
During these years the restaurant has had the honor of hosting illustrious personalities such as Irene Pivetti (President of the Chamber), Franco Marini on the first day as President of the Senate, the Honorable Roberto Occhiuto (Regional President), Morra, Della Chiesa and many others television characters.
The restaurant's specialties are different, among these we remember the pork frittole prepared with the traditional method of the quadara and, precisely for this reason, numerous buses arrive here from Vibo, from Pisa together with the numerous customers from neighboring countries.
