The Panificio Baroni is a young company founded in November 2007 and recognized as an artisan company, operating in the production of bakery products.
The company of new lease in C / da Fornace is immersed in the vineyards of Frascineto, at the foot of the Pollino. The love for the territory is an expression of the same tradition: the flours used are those of the Calabrian supply chain, in addition to the classic, mixed and whole, also that of carousel, obtained from an ancient variety of soft wheat and produced within the park Pollino National Park.
Tradition that starts from the territory and the choice of the raw material to go to production, exclusively oriented on baking in a wood oven, to the final products, typically Calabrian and Albanian, such as homemade bread, burrs, taralli, pizzas, desserts, and dried pasta, according to traditional recipe. The owners Rosangela and Pietro add to all this availability, courtesy, and dedication, love and above all rigor, to safeguard the quality, genuineness and taste of the typical products.
The staff is enriched by the knowledge and experience of Rosangela, previously assigned to production in a similar company, with decades of experience in the field.
