Bread and pastry admiring it ... we are a company that was founded in 2010 in Gizzeria family-run with the tradition of an elderly baker of Gizzeria, a very protective master. We are three 3 women who have a passion for the bakery world. Whether with health bread as the Vegana ethics contains knowledge and respect for nature. Together with bread-making we dedicate ourselves to pastry, always respecting the tradition of Calabrian holidays and the knowledge of intolerances; of milk, of the eggs of butter.
Also in this we rely on Vegan ethics that by removing these foods we replace them with natural and organic ones.
