The Santa Ruba Bakery, born in 1976 as a small business administration family. Since then, day by day, we produce high quality bakery products, preserving the artisanal processing and leavening techniques. Our products, in fact, are the result of a precise knowledge of the raw material used, so that this can guarantee high quality and product digestibility. Furthermore, all the production takes place in compliance with the natural rising times, without stress coming from the excessive use of leavening agents. Bread is our specialty, once again produced in traditional wood-burning ovens, brought to exact temperature with strictly olive wood. To broaden our offer, a wide range of dry products such as: biscuits bread, various tastes and recipes, taralli, freselle, corn croutons, hot peppers, burnt wheat and buckwheat.
