Our history
The owner (Angelo Toscano) belongs to a family of bakers.
His parents in 1962 opened a bakery that provided the whole area of bread and derivatives.
In 2013 he decided to start a store by opening a pizza takeaway with catering.
But something was missing; looking around, he discovered the "Pinsa Romana®" of which he fell in love, thus transforming his small pizzeria into a pinserie.
Today the whole territory of the sibaritide is gathered to eat the grip from him.
In 2018 he received the "Pinsa Romana®" product certification and today he is the 50th member of the professional grip group.
In its pinerie you can taste gourmet pinsees with characteristic products of the Calabrian territory.
In 2018 the new frontier of pizza comes to life together with the Wine-Food® (Italian School of Catering).
Together with the president Bruno De Rose they created the "Croccante Calabrese®" (registered trademark of the wine-food).
This new pizza contains all the flavor of the Calabrian territory, enhancing the flavors of its territory.
